Day 2

Not too bad of a day in terms of making good food choices.  I did skip breakfast, and I know I need to work to make sure I get that in every day.  The goal tomorrow is to start walking at least 30 minutes a day. 

 I am enjoying reading the blogs and profiles of other buddies.  You all are very inspirational!

Joined weight watchers this morning and discovered this site today.  Looks like a cool way to track progress and network.
